Ève Daoust joined Jarislowsky Fraser in 2019 as Associate Director, Human Resources. In her role, Ève is responsible for developing and implementing key human resources strategies relating to organization and performance, regulatory governance, policies and procedures, workforce planning and service delivery. She is also a member of Scotiabank’s Global Wealth Management Human Resources team.
She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources as a manager and team lead in the financial industry. Prior to joining the firm, Ève was Director, Head of Human Resources, and an executive committee member of Société Générale in Canada.
Ève is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She is a member of Québec’s professional HR council, the Association of Québec Women in Finance and the Canadian Payroll Association. She graduated from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG) of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
Ève is involved in the community through her volunteering for inclusion and as a Board of Directors member for the At Heart Foundation.
