Margot L. Ritchie joined the firm’s research team in the Toronto office in 1992 and was made Partner in 1994. She is a past member of the Executive Committee and currently is on the Investment Strategy Committee and manages portfolios for Private Wealth clients.
Margot’s previous work experience includes commercial banking at the Royal Bank of Canada and equity research and mergers & acquisitions at RBC Dominion Securities and Bunting Warburg.
Margot maintains an active role in the community and is currently a Board member of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, as well as Board member and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Bata Shoe Museum. She is a member of the Wine Writers’ Circle of Canada, INNET and the International Women’s Forum. She is a past Board member and Treasurer of the National Ballet School of Canada and a past Board member of the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation, International Women’s Forum (Toronto Chapter) and the Toronto Golf Club. She is also a member of the Toronto Hunt Club and the York Club.
